Differences between OEM swingarm set and 1994 kit swingarm?

Post by RC45HRC »

Hello,

I would like to know what is the differences between original swingarm set (Ref 52200-MW4-305) and HRC kit swingarm kit from 1994 (52200-NL5-700)???
The price is almost the same... 1667€ for OEM and 2053€ for HRC kit...
On the part list, it seems to be the same...?

Thank you.

94 arm vs standard

Post by Jamiec_c »

RC45HRC, the differences between a 94 kit and a standard swinging arm is this, they are the same length, they are one pinch bolt holding tightening the eccentric adjuster, if fact the 94 kit arm IS a standard arm with an extra pivot point for the lower shock mount welded on and it may or may not have a bracing kit welded onto it.

Ok, thank you for your answer.

Reinforcements observed are also "HRC made" or "house made"
Do you know if extra pivot is used only for the showa rear cushion from the kit ?

Kind regards

Ludovic
