RC45 Choke lever....

The choke lever has got stuck on my RC45.
The bike has stood still for a long time and I noticed that the choke lever was stuck.
I have removed the choke lever and wire but I do not know how to make it work again.
Do you have any ideas??

About 10 or 11 Euros.
