Hi all, I'm keen to see if anyone knows anything about this seat unit I bought a while back. It's apparently genuine HRC, two piece carbon fibre, purchased from Padgetts who raced the bikes these used to fit. I was told that its for the 45 but it doesn't fit - i know it would require a race subframe but it's the two screw fittings that mount the front section to then main frame under the rear of the tank that just don't line up with the ones on the 45s frame. It looks like it's more likely going to fit the RC30?
It looks identical to the seat unit fitted to the OKI RC45 in one of the pictures I've attached but the bike doesn't look like the 45 as it doesn't have the ram air tubes on top of the tank - there's a good picture on this page :
