Just a quick "Hello" from a new member to the V4 group. I'm located on the Left Coast of the States and am square in the middle of sadly suffering through winter here with ice, snow and ZERO riding for another couple months.
Came over from the RC30 forum on YooHoo after seeing some static about the new site and am glad to see a grouping of RC45 owners out there now. Seems to be plenty of RC30 guys running around but the lack of organized contact between 45 owners has been troubling. This 45 forum is something I've personally been looking forward to seeing for a while.
Have three of the older brother RC30's out in the barn sitting next to only one (so far) RC45. The V4's are TOPS in my book and as we all know -that sound just can't be beat. Need to also admit to having a number of Yamahas sitting next to the Hondas though. To keep the RC30's honest, there are five of the Old School ow-01's sitting next to the line of 30's. Just to make sure the RC45 has it's competition keeping it company there are a line of three R7's keeping it surrounded too.
What has been a really special thing about riding the RC30/45's is jumping directly off of them onto their competitors of the two different eras -and then riding them back to back. Both eras do the job so differently -it would make for some fun comparison posts I'm sure. Anyway, along with being a great fan of the Big H V4's, I'll admit to having a few others makes and models hanging around in close proximity to the V4 Brothers.
Looking forward to hearing from fellow owners and fans of these great machines we all enjoy so much.
Regards from the west coast of the States-!!
