First, this bike is equipped with a brand new endurance HRC kit from 1994 or reconditioned as new with two exceptions: HRC wheels and rear showa shock are not present. The HRC swingarm are not needed because I have used SBK ohlins rear shock. It’s not an ex-race bike. I have bought this bike to drive on road and after, I have begun to search the kit parts.
The engine is new (few kilometers) and working like a clock without any problem but it's a bit noisy due to the gear trains modified directly from HRC, Japan.
Engine (from Zongshen team, Endurance World Champion in 2002) with HRC transmission set (used), brand new pistons from Brancquart (France), btand new HRC cam shaft set 06100NL5000 (adjustable, modification made by Sodemo, France), brand new cylinder heads (front and rear) modified by Brancquart and Gonin moteur (France), brand new HRC clutch set (06220NL5700). I have another one brand new. Gear trains from HRC, Japan (not available commercially, only for official team). Oil pump drive upgraded with brand new sprockets (15131NL5750) and (15134NL5750).
Brand new HRC oil cooler set (06150NL5000) and brand new HRC pressure regulator set (06160NL5000). Brand new A. C. generator set (24h).
All covers are in magnesium: clutch cover (as new), oil pan cover (brand new), generator cover (brand new) and transmission exit cover (brand new, 11630NL5700).
All the magnesium covers (OEM and HRC) have been microbead blasted and painted “oxyded magnesium”.
The engine was assembled by following the recommendations of the HRC manual. Then:
- Brand new HRC Throttle cable set (06179NL5000)
- Brand new HRC Steering damper set (06537NL5000)
- Final sprocket set, brand new from RK (525 size, steel for endurance race)
- Brand new HRC fuel pump set (06167NL5000) and brand new HRC tank, catch fuel set (06173NL5000)
- Brand new HRC blind, fuel tank set (06174NL5700) and brand new HRC tank fuel set (24L) (06175NL5700)
- Brand new Box Ram air set (06172NL5750) (breather case modified).
- Brand new copy of HRC exhaust set: titan pipes and carbon mufflers (dual exit)
- Brand new HRC footpeg holder set (06506NL5010).
- Ohlins rear shock absorber (SBK type, CNC shock link).
- Brand new HRC bracket, rear shock absorber up (50232NL5701).
- Brand new copy of the HRC radiator set.
- Brand new HRC electric set endurance 06305NL5770 with three brand new HRC PGMFI
- Brand new HRC Hose, rear brake set (06433NL5000)
- Brand new copy of the HRC axle, rear wheel (made by Champlain, France)
- Brand new HRC rear calliper (Nissin) with brand new copy of the HRC brackets.
- Brand new HRC panel meter and brand new HRC handles and handlebars for STD forks and kit Forks
- STD forks with brand new HRC springs (K=0.95)
- STD forks with brand new HRC brackets for Brembo calliper.
- Used HRC Showa kit forks set (06514NL5700) with carbon front fender
- Used Brembo brake front set (06451NL5700) upgraded with brembo guide set (45110NL5700). Brembo radial PR18 master cylinder (from the kit I think) available but not seen on the photos.
- Brand new HRC stiffener, front frame (50255NL5000).
- Brand new HRC carbon protector (50633NL5700).
- Sebimoto fairing available ready to paint.
- All screws and bolts are new from Honda OEM or HRC.
I'm looking for £32,000. It cost me higher that to build it and 90% of the parts on the bike were brand new from HRC or other sources.
