Thanks Stephen, i will pressure test the cylinders as discussed, and it looks like the cylinder heads will be heading your way very shortly for new valves.

Yes I have looked and to me they all look ok, is there anything specific that i should be looking for ?

I think the part number is 91002 its the open bearing

While removing my camshafts for shim inspection/replacement I have found a fracture in the outer bearing , this is the open bearing on the left side.
Would anyone know where I can source this bearing ...
